  • All orders are shipped by USPS within 3-5 business days(Monday - Friday).
  • Shipping Rates
  • The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, your location, and your chosen shipping method. Before the final checkout page, you will be provided with shipping options and costs.
  • Order Tracking
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified.

Most items are delivered within 2-10 days, depending on your chosen shipping option. If you have not received your item, please check your USPS tracking information. If the status is "delivered" and you have not received your order, please reach out to your neighbors, your postal worker, and your local post office. If the item has been lost by USPS or delivered to the incorrect address, please contact customer service at

  • Back Orders
  • If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Invalid or Incorrect Address

Please be sure your mailing address is accurate. In the event that your package is undeliverable or returned, you will be refunded your purchase amount minus shipping and a $5 service fee.
